How can I become more present and calm through breath?

This 3-week miniseries taught by Melanie Pensak, Certified Mindfulness Teacher, will focus on the basics of mindfulness & help you start your own meditation practice.

You’ll learn:

  • What mindfulness is & isn’t
  • About posture & how to set up your own practice
  • Mindfulness of breath practice

The series runs Monday, April 4, 11 & 18 @ 7-8 PM Mountain Time via Zoom online.

Each class includes a teaching, time for practice and questions/comments with the teacher.

Appropriate for beginners or those refreshing their practice.

Session space is limited to 10 participants to create a small, intimate environment for learning and growing in community.

Pricing is offered on a sliding scale option at $15 / $20/$25 per class.
